Hand plane? I don’t understand what it’s purpose is, I must be missing something. What does it plane? And how? It looks like a finely crafted item. I must be just too ignorant of this, is it a tool?

Thanks Thorreain. Google for handplane bodysurfing….it’s kind of a small surfboard that you have on your hand.
