How did you do the big radius on the four corners so evenly? Do you have a jig or do you just saw them close and file them in where you want?

I cut the corners on a bandsaw, I only had a finish tolerance of .062. So cutting square and tight to the line was critical. I only needed sand paper to fare them in. That’s the long and short of it Mudflap!
