With the right padding in the bottom it will be much used. Nice job. Like to know a little more about it. Maybe a few closeups of the design, pivot points, etc?

I used 2 sealed bearings and a steel pin for the pivot point.

Through Mortice and Tennon Joinery and a pin to lock the whole thing together.
