I starting making things at a young age . About 10 . When I started at Mineral Ridge High in 1969 , first thing I did was take shop class. I still have the pcs I made in school. At graduation I started working and buying tools . Then I started making pcs for other people . My goal was to retire at 62 and open a woodworking shop. To make a long story short , I had to give up working at 55 and go on disability due to Fibromyalgia and sleep apnea . I have 3 hrs a day to work in my shop before I wear out . And I can’t sell any products because of my disability . Just a little history , hope I didn.t bore you too much . I can still make things for the family .

Your work is beautiful. Sorry to hear about all your health problems, good luck to you.

Welcome. I too am limited to a couple hours a day at most due to my disabilities. I hope you enjoy the site as much as we all do. Thanks for sharing your story, it’s always great to know other woodworkers.
