I finished the last two sliding dovetail sockets in the top:

I placed the legs in their sockets and took stock of how much work I have ahead of me:

Don’t force those legs in. Get a bigger hammer! ;-)

That is looking like a very good fit on those leg joints .
Now the rest of the bench will be a bit of work but if you think about the many hours that you will enjoy using this bench and the generations to come that will also treasure it, it will seem like no time at all.
Take your time and don’t speed along and get frustrated,it is worth every hour you put into it times one hundred or more .
