Welcome. Boy i could sure learn something from you on gun stock build. I just got a 270 Remington bolt model 770 with a synthetic stock. Would love to put on a Walnut or some awesome burl stock.

Thanks all. Burl gun stock would be cool. Ive been wanting to buy a cheap gun and carve it in black walnut but hard to sell around here. Maybe for myself if i find a cheap side by side.
