That looks like a very interesting game. At first, I thought it would end in a stalemate most of the time, but thinking it through I assume there will always be an empty spot so both participants have to take a turn until someone wins.
Having said that, it now occurs to me that the first to enter the center hole can be the only one that can win. 
Wait, this is starting to hurt my head, guess I'll just say nice game & finish here.
