Repurposed a Vintage RCA Victrola

I came into possession of an old RCA Victrola that once housed a TV and turntable.  I removed what was left of the old equipment, put in a new bottom to the various compartments and painted the outside black and the inside stained in a dark walnut. It can now be used for multipurposes.

Nicely done! What’s the finish?

Ryan/// ~sigh~ I blew up another bowl. Moke told me "I made the inside bigger than the outside".

nice repurpose, well done warrior !

working with my hands is a joy,it gives me a sense of fulfillment, somthing so many seek and so few find.-SAM MALOOF.

I hate to see that older cabinetry go into the trash. Even though a lot was just veneered, it had style.

Great rehab!
Nice way to make it usable again. Growing up my friend's grandfather retired from RCA as a cabinet builder, they actually had craftsmen working for them at one point.
