Accidental Hippopotamus Lovey

Funny story about this cutie. She was supposed to be a trivet (hotpad) to go with a set of two potholders I made, but it got too big for me to be able to do two and sew them together like I planned. I would’ve never gotten enough money for them. So, I found this adorable pattern for an amigurumi hippo, used the head, did my own arms and walla, a lovey was born!
