I just made them for the woodworking skills aspect, the first one I made in 2011 to put router bits in.

My mate decied he needed it more than me.

In 2012 I made two more, knowing he would “bless” another one when he saw it.

Then in 2015 I made the Ute box as a tool box.

So I guess to answer your question they were made primarly for me.
