I think that to view on a phone or tablet you might need to use the view in AR option. Which you can see in the 3D warehouse page of the design. That gives you a QR code that can be scanned with a phone to open a new browser tab that allows you to view the 3D model but I am not sure how to use that in this context. Here is an example of a QR code.
