All I did was go over to LJ, simply download it to the PC and then upload from the PC...
I did use a purchased app that shrinks/enlarges photos with minimal distortion. I was going to include the link but when I realised how expensive it was, I left it out... I've used it for years and the upgrade costs have been reasonable.
