when my dad lived in oregon he helped his friend build his new shop building,as a thank you he gave my dad literally a truck load of mrytlewood slab and tons of burl wood like this. there was probably at least 40 slabs of mrytlewood. thats what i made all the tables i posted from. sadly dad has long since passed as did my wood supply.
working with my hands is a joy,it gives me a sense of fulfillment,somthing so many seek and so few find.-SAM MALOOF.
