Looks good Corelz,
It never bothers me at all if it's painted or stain grade. I don't have a preference when it comes to paying bills.
Nice work on cutting in the angle pieces. Once they're to short, there's no going back.
On a side note, it's more work to paint (lacquer) something than a stain finish.
