it appears Timbermate the family business has been sepoised by the Giant USA and now become Timbermate Group and its head office in the USA
Timbermate is an interior product where as Earls is a exterior product. so if you thinking of using it on the floor of concrete its the Earls choice of products for that application.
Not sure why you would would spend $ repairing wood with harder when it could be simply replaced wooden fence palings being a case in question.
