Cool box 987... somewhere I read you were waiting on engraving the logo... that looks like a slip in paper... did I err by (UGH!) reading?
With all the careful planning the inside height was off by 1/8" of inch, to short to clear the Dremel tool, so "DESIGN OPPORTUNITY" added the mahogany strips to the lid and bottom meeting surfaces and gained a 1/4", all was well.
Know the feeling... I designed a box to the mm, and then bought an add on for the contents... was a tad more than 3.2mm out,
If your first cut is too short... Take the second cut from the longer end... LBD
