Those QR Codes are quite handy and can simply be used with a laser.
Though their generation may be old news to many, I just discovered their use and have found it ideal to include on the solution page of some of my puzzles. I have written a brief blog about creating QR codes.
If your first cut is too short... Take the second cut from the longer end... LBD
