Hi 987Ron. This blade works great - like using a filing machine I used ages ago for filing out dies.

Hi Scrappile..The ones I've seen for sale  look like they are flexible. I know you pull them tight on the scroll saw but with the steel support behind the paper, it sands in a straight line. I soldered up an extra one today while I still had the little jig made up.

Hi Bruce, I started out with sandpaper backed by a Swiss file and soon thought there has to be a powered way to do this.
