Great job.  We are thinking of doing that in our dining room.

There is another book, Decorating With Architectural Trimwork, Jay Taylor, that I found very useful.  It gives clear instructions for sizing, spacing and overall design.  Great book if you plan this work; I used it for trimwork on a stairwell.
