Thanks, gents! And yeah, I think for once I picked a project that’s about right for my existing skill level. This was just about perfect for the amount of time involved, skills required, and just a bit beyond what I could do when I started.
My next may be an attempt to render this photo…
It’s similarly simple, once I eliminate a few things (power lines, buildings), and I’m going to need to figure out how to carve juniper trees, which may be a bit of a challenge. We’ll see.
