Not taking away from the build PJ, but your ebonizing prowess still make me think Satanic... those tyres look like they were forged in the fires of hell and immediately dropped in an ice bucket.
#3 is pretty good... I only managed the one T & J grader and struggled to import the Gatto into SketchUp.
If your first cut is too short... Take the second cut from the longer end... LBD
