Thanks, I'd say I use it every so often - but mostly because there isn't room for it on my main bench, so it's mostly on my sawbench when I use it.
As an ad-hoc leg vise replacement it works well, although I think I'd use a leg vise more, I use it often enough that if the dog ate it I'd make another.
The mini one I made that locks in a vise is in near constant use for shaping small items though.
In general, I'd say that if you make one it will probably end up being used enough to be worth the effort - even if you just use it for the odd project or cutting the profiles on moulding planes.
