Had two free wheeling casters at first that I changed to lockable... once locked it just refuses to move.. even if lured with Good-o's There's enough weight that the nylon wheels will not budge over concrete... until I get my boots to unlock the brakes... too hard with thongs (flip flops, not mankini).
If your first cut is too short... Take the second cut from the longer end... LBD
