Talking wheels... personally fixed wheels are a pita.. directional move is limited... tilting just increases the footprint making it a PIta... and when you have hoses attached it becomes a PITA. I would opt for locking rotatable casters, as large as you can afford for the project... and if worried about COG due to additional height, outrig them, and you will eventually wanna move it... even if it's only a few centimeters.
If your first cut is too short... Take the second cut from the longer end... LBD
