R'Gi, if you are into puzzles or have family/friends that are interested these are easy to "mass produce" on the laser. I just find SketchUp easier to design... any other CAD package (free or otherwise) makes it simple... The advantage of SketchUp is that if you know it, you can easily resize to imperial if you so desire.
Unfortunately a lot may be surprised at how many people "like" puzzles... it's just making them that most hate.
