I am going to echo what Jack said in that you were creative enough to use what you have and came up with a beautiful, functional piece! Wood finishes aren’t easy so just watch as many youtube video’s you can and ask a lot of questions of people who are in the know! As far as a table saw goes you may want to look into a trac saw for your circular saw! I have one and use it a lot! Nice work!
