Very nice John. The pre amp sounds fantastic with that pickup and amp combo. Great job. I really like the choice of wood, you have great skills. Did you press the frets in yourself? It looks like they are flat, I don’t know much about dulcimers tho, do any have curved radiused fretboards? I have made a number of curved radius pressing tools that simply fit into the chuck of a drill press and when you pull down they force the frets into the groves cut into the fretboard wood. I will get a pic posted of one.
