Ryan, thanks. These were give as Christmas gifts, so I'm not sure. The metal parts do seem to be formed good. (Time will tell). I do have few more sets to turn, one being for myself.

Ron, thanks. That depends on the cook. My Son-In-Law already told my daughter not to put them in the dishwasher.
