Thanks, Jim. After they shut down their forums, I have started participating in a couple of Facebook Next Wave Shark user groups. Some of the users have been complaining about how much trouble they have been having getting responses from Next Waves customer service lately. My CS experiences were not as bad as theirs but it makes me feel pretty good about my decision to sever my relationship via the upgrade I am doing. I am in the process of replacing the proprietary electronics with a plug and play control unit from Openbuilds. I have to say that I am pretty impressed the Openbuilds CS and their online forum. A small by critical part was left out of my order by mistake within an hour of my CS request via email, I had a FedEx shipping notice for the replacement part. I posted a question today about a wiring oddity on the Shark and an employee expert on their control box answered my question within minutes helping me back to work with my upgrade right away.
