Here in PEI, we have only stopped using party lines in the last 15 years. And we still get door to door deliver for everything, milk, groceries, pharmacy, etc…. Their are still a few of these in the small grocery/ drug stores in the rural areas. This Island has only been joined to the mainland for a short time and look what we have now, Internet….
