Duck, that bender is a Harbor Freight special. Not very expensive. I drilled and punched inserts into the concrete shop floor so I can screw it down for use…otherwise it’s completely unwieldy. It’s not as nice as some others I’ve seen, but it’s compact and works fine for as little as I use it.
I made sure to seal the kerf in the cheese board with poly, since I’d bet it’ll need to be cleaned out from time to time…probably with a toothpick or a brush. Unless you’re cutting really soft cheese then it’d probably get a bit gunky.
