Gentlemen, I am thankful for the complements, much appreciated.
As for skills: I am currently in between projects so I've decided to use all the leftover wood scraps in my shop, and hone my skills by making traditional joinery such as; dovetails, mortise & tenon joints, chopping mortises by hand, etc., etc., etc
Doing this at a leisurely pace when the outcome isn't a concern will be an enjoyable task to complement my intended consumption of beer along the way.
