Hi Bruce. I have an old Milwaukee router in my woodpecker lift. If it was a straight bushing like I use for my 1/4 " bits, and adapter would have worked here too. I guess I could have made the bushing on the metal lathe. I just went this way so all the bits are of  1/4" or 1/2" diameter. A good thought for the future. It would be very easy to make!!!  I had a blank space in my brain for that at the time!!!!!!!!!!!!
