those should both do well. make sure we get the results when it's over. this kinda stuff im interested in doing when i retire end of next year.im gonna go to a couple local ones this fall to get ideas.
working with my hands is a joy,it gives me a sense of fulfillment,somthing so many seek and so few find.-SAM MALOOF.

Those knives look real nice.
The blades came from Woodcraft. Laminated Japanese steel; incredibly sharp. Got 4 as closeout.
