this was just a little project that myself in a shop owner came up with to do with some of her wine barrels. This was a neat little project that did not chew up a ton of time. by no means at all am ia pro woodworker I just simply like doing it I learn new skill every day.and I’m sure did everyone on my project have little flaws did everybody can pick a part but for now it’s something I hope you all can enjoy. We are going to use the other 3 cornerand I’m sure did everyone on my project have little flaws did everybody can pick a part but for now it’s something I hope you all can enjoy. We are going to use the other 3 quarters of the barrel for an end table

Very nice. Anytime you can repurpose, reuse or recycle it’s a win win.

totally agree and since I cut the barrel into 2 pieces. I get to double my profit on the money I spent on the barrel. two projects double the money just make sense

Awesome idea. Heres one suggestion for you. Use the end of the barrel to hang on the wall but cut a piece of plywood to attach in the end that would hang on the wall. Then cut the top off about 3" and use that as a door. Inside on that plywood you could hang a dartboard and inside the top you could put a small chalk board and two small block of wood for the darts. Maybe at the bottom put a tray for the chalk.
