Wood carvings for special occasions.
The Marine Gunny Seargent keep sake box was requested by a young Marine to present to his Sergeant who was deploying overseas. It’s all carved first in Cherry, then painted. The praying hands from a mom to her daughter on her birthday, in Walnut. Last is a memorial for my daughter in law, for her father. At the bottom is his badge, name tag, and city shoulder patch.

Thank you Bruce. It’s all about having fun. Being retired I get to spend as much time in my shop as I want. I regularly suffer withdrawals if I don’t get out there everyday.
