Cherry clock for my mom

I have had this piece of cherry kicking around the shop for a couple years, it was the end of a really nice board, it was really punky in the centre so not good for to many projects.
It cleaned up well, except it pretty much exploded when the forstner bit hit the wood. I had to rebuild the centre with what fragments were left.
