One year I made four of these for Christmas gifts one all oak with white face for clock .this one I used .12×12 granite tile about $5.00

Thank you a1jim before I came across a table saw to work with I cut the pieces with hand held power saw.My step dad gave me some rough cut walnut I used bench plane to smooth down the wood before the lay out and assembly,under $20.00 to build. Again thanks for your interest.
