prayer stool and Bible table.

This is a prayer stool and Bible table created for a customer who wanted a place to study the Bible. The customer requested the use of traditional craftsmanship methods during the project.
No power tools were used on this project, other than any the saw mill used on the rough lumber prior to my purchasing it. Heated hide glue was used for all joinery. All surfaces were plane finished slick prior to assembly. Finishing was completed using shellac and French polishing to a medium sheen.
