Mosaic tile top that has been water proofed – Timber edge wax finish lid with fine sand for smooth handling.
Oil finish practical chest with storage, rough sawn Timber for sides. (reclaimed timber for inside guts)
Iron angle trim, copper plate corners and decorative black hex heads, lattice work is screwed down.
Sits on 4 sturdy roller Castors for easy room shifting (is fairly heavy though)
Eucalyptus sideroxylon; Australian Hardwood Iron Bark – Milled from the Pilliga, NSW, sawn at the Tamworth Timber Mill in 2014. The Pilliga is a state Forest restricted to the area bounded by the Namoi and Castlereagh rivers, between the townships of Coonabarabran, Narrabri and Coonamble, and an area south-west of the Warrumbungle Range towards Narromine, though principally in the northern Pilliga area. Unique to New South Wales.
