Costs less then $20 to build

But this with some left over building supplies

To start I used one 6’ piece of pine 10".
I ripped it down to 7" and joined the remaining 3" as a top shelf.

Then after installing hooks I also installed some 1/2" steel pipe to add a rustic look!
