Gift for Amanda

My gf Amanda lost her grandma this summer and they were very close. Amanda gave me some of her grandma’s yarn and I took it home to make something but I wasn’t sure yet what it would be.

I decided that the only thing to do was make a blanket for Amanda. She had fond memories of her grandma crocheting and knitting and they were inseparable so I started my project.

The smile through happy tears on Amanda’s face as she opened up her gift was the best! All the yarn was from her grandma except for the black edge.
