Katniss Inspired Asymmetrical Cowl

This pattern was super hard for me to parse, but with help from @Debbie Pribele, I (mostly) figured it out. I think I made a few minor mistakes, and maybe forgot a part, I’m not sure.
But I am happy and admittedly a bit surprised I finished this.

There is supposed to be a small arm hole, and I am wondering if I was supposed to join part of the opening with a slipstitch or something, I really don’t know. I also tried it on to see how it looks, but it looks awkward on me. The friend I made it for is quite tiny, so I’m hoping it sits on her correctly. Nevertheless, its finished and I’m super excited to see if she likes it.
