Cowl Neckwarmer

Brrrr, it is soooo cold here :( and no matter how I wrap my scarf around my neck, cold air always manages to get in :( with this new design, problem solved and it is so nice and warm, you can unfold it (is that even a word, lol) and keep your chin warm as well.
