Wedding Keepsake Topsy Turvy Doll

I had a DIY wedding last year and I couldn’t wait to use some leftover tulle in a project. So I came up with this cute idea to have a bride on one side and a flower girl on the other side. I thought it would be a unique gift idea for flower girls. Tulle is so fun to work with and little girls love it!
