Custom dog cowl....a request from a friend

I volunteer for a rescue group in the suburbs of Detroit…. The dogs at our shelter are very well loved. The mom of a recently adopted pup wanted something to keep her new girl warm, hence the cowl….
Pretty simple, no pattern….half double crochet and a simple flower for cuteness!
