I have doctored many to remove watermarks and ideal for anyone wanting to laser engrave...
Most libraries have a CorelDraw X8 (.cdr) files (with many images converted to vector) that can be processed by Inkscape.
All have been downloaded from the Internet, so they are theoretically public source, however, be warned that things like Disney and Loony Tunes characters are copyrighted and profiteering from them without royalties could (and have) led to prosecution.
