Gawd I hate slivers. I keep an eye loupe in my TS drawer with some micro tweezers. the loupe fits the eye like a monacle do "hands free" to hunt the bugger down and evict. Big ones bleed on the tools for long enough to worry about rust. the no-see-ums are the most irritating because you know they are there.
