Rich, I am. Or, I already did, I guess is more accurate. It’s essentially a lifetime purchase and interchangeable to new machines (so they say). I agree it’s overpriced and a standard function on most every other CNC, but Origin is also not like any other CNC. It’s a unique tool and I like supporting stuff like that. I’d feel better if it were $99, but I use mine a lot, and I’ve screwed up progressive depths more than once. For me, is as much about supporting them expanding their product as it is the product itself. A personal choice to be sure, and I wouldn’t argue with anyone who thinks differently.
