If you don't need grapplig gear, to get from one side of the shop to the other and the issue is just a rough floor, go for as large a wheels you can afford. The bigger the wheels, the greater issues you can be faced with regarding centre of gravity. The option is to use an outrigger technique similar to this, as long as the bottom of the cart/machine clears the floor.
If your first cut is too short... Take the second cut from the longer end... LBD
